Good Deal Meal – Terms & Conditions 

Introduction 

Welcome to Good Deal Meal. By subscribing , you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a reliable and seamless experience for all our clients. 

Good Deal Meal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time when necessary. 

1. Delivery Policy 

Meals are delivered daily according to the delivery time slot selected during the subscription process. 

Requests to modify the delivery address or delivery time slot must be submitted at least three (3) working days in advance and are subject to operational availability. 

Deliveries may not be available on certain public holidays or exceptional circumstances. 

Orders will be delivered to the address specified during the subscription by Good Deal Meal delivery personnel or authorized delivery partners. 

Currently, delivery services are available within Riyadh city only. 

2. Subscription Policy 

Requests for menu changes, delivery adjustments, or cancellations must be communicated no later than three (3) working days before the scheduled delivery date. 

Subscribers may request to freeze their meal plan up to two (2) times per calendar month, with each freeze lasting a maximum of seven (7) consecutive days. 

Clients are responsible for informing Good Deal Meal of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food intolerances prior to subscribing. 

Upon receiving the meals, customers are advised to store them in a refrigerator immediately to preserve freshness and maintain food safety. 

To avoid any interruption in service, clients should renew their subscription at least five (5) working days before their current package expires. 

Weekly menu selections must be completed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM for the following week’s deliveries. 

If menu selections are not submitted before the deadline, Good Deal Meal reserves the right to either automatically assign meals on behalf of the client or freeze the upcoming delivery week.

3. Payment Terms 

All prices listed by Good Deal Meal include delivery fees and applicable VAT. Payments can be made through Visa or Mastercard via our secure payment gateway. All confirmed orders are non-refundable. 

Any request for plan cancellation or freezing must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) working hours in advance. 

4. Allergies and Liability Disclaimer 

Good Deal Meal does not guarantee allergen-free meals and does not cater to severe or life‑threatening allergies. 

Our meals are prepared in kitchens where common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and seafood may be handled. 

By subscribing to Good Deal Meal services, the client acknowledges that Good Deal Meal shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from meal consumption. 

5. Dislikes and Ingredient Exclusions 

Ingredient exclusions can only apply to raw ingredients. 

Ingredients already incorporated into sauces, marinades, or prepared dishes cannot be removed or modified.

سياسة التوصيل 

يتم توصيل الوجبات يوميًا ا. وفق لوقت التوصيل الذي يختاره العميل عند االشتراك ً 

.يمكن طلب تعديل عنوان التوصيل أو وقت التوصيل قبل ثالثة أيام عمل على األقل 

.قد ال تتوفر خدمة التوصيل في بعض العطل الرسمية أو الظروف االستثنائية 

.حاليًا خدمة التوصيل متوفرة داخل مدينة الرياض فقط 

سياسة االشتراك 

.يستفيد المشتركون من استشارة مجانية ومتابعات دورية خالل مدة االشتراك 

.يمكن تجميد االشتراك مرتين كحد أقصى في الشهر ولمدة ال تتجاوز سبعة أيام في كل مرة 

.بأي حساسية غذائية قبل االشتراك Meal Deal Good يجب على العمالء إبالغ 

.يُنصح بوضع الوجبات في الثالجة فور استالمها للحفاظ على جودتها 

سياسة الدفع 

.تشمل األسعار المعروضة رسوم التوصيل وضريبة القيمة المضافة 

.Mastercard أو Visa يمكن الدفع باستخدام بطاقات 

.الطلبات المؤكدة غير قابلة لالسترداد 

الحساسية وإخالء المسؤولية 

.خلو الوجبات من مسببات الحساسية Meal Deal Good ال تضمن 

.يتم إعداد الوجبات في مطابخ قد تحتوي على مكسرات أو منتجات ألبان أو غلوتين أو بيض أو صويا أو مأكوالت بحرية 

استبعاد المكونات 

.يمكن طلب استبعاد بعض المكونات الخام فقط 

ا داخل الصلصات أو الوصفات.ال يمكن إزالة المكونات التي تم دمجها أو طهيها مسبقً
